Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales (Garments Trims, Accessories & Packaging)

Montrims Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales to join our Marketing & Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent service to international buyers and global retail brands within the trims and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order follow-ups.

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

• Work closely with global retailers, buying offices, and international brands to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

• Visit customers and manufacturing facilities when required for business development and coordination.

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer communication documentation.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
