Production Supervisor (Carton Section)

Manage daily production activities to achieve production targets and ensure proper line balancing.

Ensure inline quality as per AQL standards and minimise production defects.

Lead, supervise, train, and motivate a team of 60–80 operators and helpers.

Plan overtime and allocate work effectively to meet urgent shipment schedules.

Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
