Job Description

Job Context:

We are looking for a disciplined, well-spoken, and smart female CRM Executive to manage customer communication channels at Unicorn Properties Ltd. This is an office-based role focused on call center duties, managing incoming ad responses, and ensuring top-tier customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond promptly to client inquiries generated via various social media advertisement channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Handle official business interactions via WhatsApp Web and corporate messaging platforms.

  • Manage inbound and outbound direct phone calls professionally, maintaining rigorous client follow-ups.

  • Resolve initial queries and efficiently coordinate with clients to fix schedules for real estate project site visits.

  • Maintain accurate, updated customer relationship records and provide daily/weekly reporting to the supervisor.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Graduation / Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized public or private university.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Representative, Customer Care Executive, or CRM role is preferred.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Bengali and English is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, web and SMM).


Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, NGO, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Call Center, Developer, E-commerce, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
