Job Description

Job Context:

Unicorn Properties Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Administration and Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, maintaining HR compliance, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records and support monthly salary processing.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain office assets, vendor coordination, procurement, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with management regarding organizational planning and employee performance.
  • Manage and process customer booking forms, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate the execution and signing of Deeds of Agreement and other required legal documents with clients.
  • Collect booking money, installment payments, and other receivables, while maintaining accurate payment records.
  • Follow up on due and overdue installment payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and transaction processing.
  • Maintain customer files, project documentation, agreements, payment records, and related correspondence in an organized manner.
  • Ensure all customer documents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings, collections, pending documentation, and customer status.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, NGO, Garments, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Developer, Building & Construction Materials

Education

  • BBA/MBA or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Experience in the real estate industry will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
