Executive - Business Development
Job Description
Job Context:
Unicorn Properties Ltd. is seeking dynamic, result-driven, and energetic male professionals for the role of Executive - Business Development. The primary focus of this position is conducting extensive market visits to identify prospective buyers, gather real estate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular market and field visits to build direct face-to-face rapport with potential clients.
Proactively identify target demographics, collect high-quality leads, and build a reliable client database.
Engage in cold calling, relationship networking, and on-field property marketing activities.
Drive results diligently to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Prepare and submit regular field activity reports, lead pipelines, and updates to the management.
Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team on promotional strategies and events.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), NGO, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Developer
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA in Marketing or any relevant discipline) from a reputed university.
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 32 years
- Only Male
1–2 years of proven experience in sales, retail and corporate sales, direct sales, lead generation or business development. Candidates with experience in Real Estate, FMCG, Retail Marketing, Corporate Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications or other customer-facing sales and marketing roles are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Prior work experience or market knowledge in the Dhaka area will be considered an advantage. Candidates who own and can ride a motorcycle are highly encouraged to apply.
