Assistant Manager – Marketing and Branding
Job Description
Job Context:
We are seeking a strategic, highly creative, and analytical marketing professional to steer the branding initiatives of Unicorn Properties Ltd. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and apply robust marketing strategies, elevate corporate branding, and take end-to-end ownership of digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing and branding strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing) to maximize lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze market trends, and improve digital marketing effectiveness.
Coordinate with creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies, influencers, content creators, event management firms, and other external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
Hire and manage external marketing vendors and agencies based on project requirements and performance.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional content, while maintaining brand consistency.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and strengthen brand positioning.
Maintain excellent communication and coordination with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
BBA / MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of solid, proven track record in real estate corporate branding, content marketing, and strategic growth campaigns, startup companies branding.
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, google ads, creative and video content, digital campaign architecture, and marketing data analysis.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Certification in Digital Marketing.
Google Ads & Google Analytics (GA4) Certification.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Certification.
Certification in SEO/SEM & Content Marketing.
Strong communication, branding, and agency management skills.
