Chief Executive Officer, AKIJ Landmark Ltd.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Akij Landmark Ltd., you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading the company’s growth in Bangladesh and South Asia. The role requires full ownership of business performance, operational excellence, project delivery, profitability, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the company’s market expansion strategy across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and other property segments

• Developing and optimizing the project portfolio in line with market demand, customer needs, and long-term growth opportunities

• Driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization through disciplined financial management

• Strengthening sales performance through a robust network of sales offices, brokers, agents, and channel partners

• Ensuring timely execution of projects through effective planning, monitoring, and cross-functional coordination

• Driving innovation in design, construction methods, sustainability, and smart-building solutions

• Leading digital transformation to improve sales effectiveness, customer experience, and operational efficiency

• Ensuring regulatory compliance, legal adherence, and responsible business practices across all projects

• Optimizing supply chain and contractor relationships to improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency

• Building and mentoring a strong leadership team and a high-performance culture

• Managing stakeholder relationships with government bodies, investors, community groups, and internal teams

• Protecting customer trust through high-quality delivery and strong post-sales service standards

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering, Architecture
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

• Age At least 35 years

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or property management

• Maximum 18 years of experience preferredAt least 8 years in a senior leadership role

• Experience in Bangladesh or South Asia will be highly preferred

• Strong strategic leadership and business growth mindset

• Proven ability to lead large-scale real estate development operations

• Excellent financial acumen, including P&L ownership, ROI analysis, and profitability management

• Strong experience in sales leadership, partner network development, and market expansion
