Job Description
DASCOH Foundation is a non-governmental organisation operating in Bangladesh since 1995 and complements and supplements Bangladesh’s national programs as a key non-state development partner in the country. DASCOH Foundation is currently implementing the Civil Society Leadership in Mobilizing for Better WASH (CLIMB) project in partnership with WaterAid Bangladesh. To support project implementation, DASCOH Foundation invites applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Finance and Admin Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project finance, accounting, budgeting, and fund utilization.
Prepare financial reports, fund requests, vouchers, reconciliations, and budget monitoring reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, VAT, Tax, and statutory regulations.
Facilitate procurement processes and maintain procurement documentation.
Maintain project assets, inventory records, and administrative systems.
Support internal, external, and donor audits.
Coordinate logistics, office administration, and project events.
Maintain financial records, personnel files, and other project documentation.
Experience
- At least 3 years
Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 18 years
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, administration, and compliance management.
Experience in NGO or donor-funded projects is highly preferred.
Sound knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, procurement, VAT, Tax, and audit processes.
Strong analytical and financial management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience in accounting software and financial reporting systems.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
