Job Description
Creative Design & Brand Communication
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Design packaging, labels, brochures, catalogs, POSM, banners, posters, and other branding materials.
Ensure all creative materials comply with approved brand guidelines.
Digital Content Development
Create social media creatives, digital advertisements, website banners, and other online communication materials.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams to develop engaging visual content.
Stay updated on design trends and consumer preferences.
Product Packaging Design
Develop packaging artwork and label designs for new and existing products.
Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure print-ready artwork quality.
Support product launch activities through creative packaging solutions.
Campaign Support
Collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to develop campaign materials.
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
Support event branding, exhibitions, fairs, and activation programs.
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with agencies, printing vendors, photographers, and production houses.
Review proofs, artworks, and final outputs to ensure quality standards.
Follow up on production timelines and project completion.
Project Management
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
Maintain organized archives of design files and brand assets.
Ensure all projects are completed within agreed timelines.
Experience
- 4 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
Master’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred.
Adobe Certified Professional
Relevant graphic design or creative software training
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 38 years
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design/Creative Design, preferably in the FMCG industry or a reputed corporate environment.
Experience in brand communication, packaging design, and campaign development will be preferred.
