Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers for candidate selection.

  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.

  • Maintain onboarding documentation and employee records.

  • Coordinate exit interviews and clearance procedures.

  • Maintain and update employee databases and HRIS systems.

  • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment-related documents.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.

  • Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and overtime.

  • Support employee benefits administration and statutory compliance.

  • Resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.

  • Support performance appraisal processes.

  • Track employee goals, reviews, and development plans.

  • Assist managers with performance documentation.

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Fast Food Shop, Bicycle

Education

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
