Job Description
Monitor and manage daily business operations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analytics
Provide competitor analysis (Sales, marketing, Trade)
Analyze sales and operational data for insights
Coordinate with Sales, Admin, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
Ensure timely execution of tasks and projects
Identify process gaps and implement improvements
Support field team performance tracking and reporting
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)

- Age 25 to 32 years
