Executuve- Chemist
Job Description
Conduct chemical, physical, and instrumental analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Perform routine laboratory tests according to established procedures and standards.
Analyze test results and prepare accurate reports.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain quality documentation and laboratory records.
Assist in product formulation, development, and improvement projects.
Conduct experiments and evaluate new materials or processes.
Support scale-up and validation activities.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and samples.
Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
Maintain laboratory notebooks, test records, and analytical reports.
Prepare certificates of analysis (COA) and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and company standards as applicable.
Follow laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Participate in safety inspections and audits.
Experience
- 3 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fast Food Shop, Bicycle, Mobile Industry
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
