Zonal Market Monitor
Job Description
Ensure television sales growth within the assigned zone and achieve sales targets.
Develop showroom managers, distributors, and sales personnel through training, product knowledge sessions, and grooming activities.
Ensure proper TV display, branding, and execution of TV display stands in showrooms.
Monitor distributor and sub-dealer challans, deliveries, and sales performance.
Maintain showroom-wise minimum and maximum stock levels and monitor aging inventory.
Identify and develop new TV distributors and dealer points in potential markets, including low market share and untapped areas.
Conduct regular showroom visits to improve display standards, merchandising, and business performance.
Organize and deliver product and sales training for distributor network partners.
Ensure effective coordination between challans, deliveries, stock management, and sales activities.
Supervise and monitor the overall television business performance of distributors and dealer networks.
Prepare market intelligence reports and provide recommendations to management for business growth.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Research Organization, Mobile Accessories, Battery, Storage cell, HVAC System
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 35 years
- Only Male
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in consumer electronics sales, dealer/distributor management, or market development will be preferred.
Strong understanding of TV market dynamics, retail operations, and channel sales.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Capable of conducting product knowledge, sales, and grooming training for showroom personnel and distributors.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
Flexible and willing to undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management to support TV sales growth.
