Store Officer - Service Point
Job Description
Oversee overall store operations, ensuring safe custody of spare parts and accurate stock-in/stock-out records.
Process parts requisitions to the central store through the system in a timely manner.
Receive parts both physically and in the system with proper indexing and documentation.
Manage general items and maintain systematic categorization and control.
Handle fixed loan items for service experts and maintain updated records.
Approve and control loan parts for both indoor and outdoor service teams.
Prepare and coordinate lists for local purchases and emergency sourcing from other service points.
Take necessary initiatives to minimize parts pending and ensure service continuity.
Manage wastage, faulty, and slow/non-moving parts in compliance with standard procedures.
Ensure proper item code collection, sharing, and full compliance with EBS and WCRM requirements.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good interpersonal, analytical & communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills as well as organizational skills
- Should have knowledge of store records with Inventory software (Tally/Oracle/SAP etc.).
- Must be honest, sincere and hardworking
