Job Description
Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers
Listen and understand the customers` complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers
Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department
Provide information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers
Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Willing to work in shifting and holidays
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office
- Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
- Must have multiple tasking abilities
- The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges
- Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
