Assistant Manager - Private Service
Job Description
Support the Service Manager in overseeing daily workshop and service center operations.
Monitor service appointments, vehicle flow, and workshop productivity.
Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles to customers.
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalated complaints professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding service quality and feedback.
Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Assist in supervising service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Monitor employee performance and adherence to service standards.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members.

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and workshop resources.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
Monitor service quality standards and corrective actions.
Assist in warranty claim administration and documentation.
Promote workplace safety and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Support achievement of service revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor labor sales, service package sales, and workshop expenses.
Prepare operational reports and performance summaries.
Assist in budget planning and cost control initiatives.
Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
Monitor parts usage and reduce service delays caused by parts shortages.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
Analyze customer feedback and operational KPIs.
Provide recommendations to improve service quality and efficiency.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop
Education
- Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Automobile in Automobile
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / Automobile
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 24 years
- Only Male
Familiarity with advance diagnostic tools and equipment
Ability to lead large teams of technicians, supoort staff.
Excellent communication and prersentation skill.
