Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the private vehicle service department.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and utilization of workshop resources.
- Monitor service turnaround times and productivity.
- Implement and maintain manufacturer and company service standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Develop customer relationship programs and service campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and coordinate technical and customer-service training.
- Manage departmental revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Monitor labor sales, parts sales, and service package performance.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, warranty policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain workshop quality standards and audit readiness.
- Monitor warranty claim processing and accuracy.
- Develop strategies to increase service retention and workshop business.
- Promote preventive maintenance programs and service contracts.
- Collaborate with sales, parts, and marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze service performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Present operational and financial reports to senior management.
Experience
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop
Education
- Diploma in Automobile in Automobile
- Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Only Male
Ability to lead large teams of technicians, supoort staff.
Excellent communication and prersentation skill.
