Job Description
- Service Operations Management
- Assist in planning and overseeing daily workshop and service operations.
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance services.
- Monitor service turnaround time (TAT) and productivity of technicians.
- Support implementation of service standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, tools, and workshop resources.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct follow-up with customers regarding service quality and feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with fleet and corporate clients.
- Achieve service revenue, labor sales, and spare parts sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for service package sales and value-added services.
- Support marketing and promotional activities for after-sales services.
- Prepare quotations and service contracts for commercial customers.
- Monitor service department profitability and cost control measures.
- Review invoices, job cards, and service estimates for accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation and revenue forecasting.
- Ensure proper documentation for warranty and insurance claims.
- Supervise service advisors, coordinators, and support staff.
- Assist in training and performance development of team members.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer service excellence.
- Coordinate between workshop, spare parts, and sales departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor quality control procedures and corrective actions.
- Support audits and process improvement initiatives.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile
Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Diploma in Automobile
