Job Description

  • Service Operations Management
  • Assist in planning and overseeing daily workshop and service operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance services.
  • Monitor service turnaround time (TAT) and productivity of technicians.
  • Support implementation of service standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, tools, and workshop resources.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct follow-up with customers regarding service quality and feedback.
  • Maintain strong relationships with fleet and corporate clients.
  • Achieve service revenue, labor sales, and spare parts sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for service package sales and value-added services.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities for after-sales services.
  • Prepare quotations and service contracts for commercial customers.
  • Monitor service department profitability and cost control measures.
  • Review invoices, job cards, and service estimates for accuracy.
  • Assist in budget preparation and revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure proper documentation for warranty and insurance claims.
  • Supervise service advisors, coordinators, and support staff.
  • Assist in training and performance development of team members.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer service excellence.
  • Coordinate between workshop, spare parts, and sales departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain workplace safety and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor quality control procedures and corrective actions.
  • Support audits and process improvement initiatives.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Education

    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering
    • Diploma in Mechanical
    • Diploma in Automobile
