Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to increase after-sales revenue from service, repairs, maintenance, and value-added services.
- Monitor service business profitability and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze service trends, market opportunities, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure optimal pricing strategies for labor, maintenance packages, and service contracts.
- Prepare commercial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Drive sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), extended warranties, service packages, and roadside assistance programs.
- Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service products.
- Support dealership and service network expansion initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitor customer complaints and oversee effective resolution.
- Conduct customer feedback analysis and implement improvement actions.
- Build long-term relationships with fleet customers, corporate clients, and key accounts.
- Work closely with workshop managers and service advisors to optimize service delivery.
- Monitor workshop utilization, labor efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards and policies.
- Support implementation of service process improvements and digital service solutions.
- Coordinate with spare parts teams to maximize parts and accessories sales.
- Monitor inventory turnover and parts availability.
- Support pricing and promotional campaigns for spare parts and accessories.
- Ensure efficient parts supply to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Manage service business budgets and cost controls.
- Monitor key financial indicators including gross profit, service margins, and operating expenses.
- Review invoicing, collections, and warranty claim processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports.
- Lead and develop commercial service teams.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and training to service advisors and commercial staff.
- Foster a customer-centric and performance-driven culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer requirements, and local regulations.
- Monitor service quality standards and audit results.
- Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements
Experience
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile
Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Diploma in Automobile
