Job Description

  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of semen, liquid nitrogen, and AI materials to AISPs based on approved demand and payment confirmation.

  • Verify payment deposits before releasing products and maintain proper distribution records.

  • Receive, store, handle, and issue semen, liquid nitrogen, and AI materials in accordance with quality and cold-chain requirements.

  • Collect daily sales information, reconcile distributions with payments, and prepare daily distribution reports.

  • Deposit collected funds into the designated bank account within the prescribed timeline and maintain supporting documentation.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, distribution logs, cash records, and other operational documents.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to ensure uninterrupted product availability.

  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and promptly report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements related to product handling and documentation.

  • Provide timely operational and administrative support to the ASM to facilitate efficient field operations.

  • To prepare all accounts report and monthly accounts, support audit team and compliance and to control irregularity.

Safeguarding responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Packaging Industry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy

Education

The candidate should have Graduation/ Post Graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidate)

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 23 years

Required knowledge

  • Knowledge about distribution management, inventory control, stock management, and documentation practices.

  • Knowledge of organizational SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required skills

  • Ability to manage sales and distribution networks

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritizing deadlines and opportunities with flexibility

  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, problem solving and reporting

  • Self-motivated and people management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and record-keeping is preferred.
