Executive, Trade Marketing (Food & Beverage Business)
Job Description
Execute national and regional trade marketing activities in line with annual business objectives.
Coordinate the implementation of trade promotions, consumer offers, retailer schemes, and distributor incentive programs.
Ensure timely development, distribution, and deployment of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) across all sales channels.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor visibility, merchandising standards, pricing, product availability, and promotional compliance.
Work closely with the sales team to improve outlet execution, display quality, and market coverage.
Track trade promotion effectiveness and prepare post-promotion analysis with recommendations.
Coordinate new product launches by ensuring timely execution of visibility and activation plans.
Monitor competitors' trade activities, promotional campaigns, pricing, and merchandising practices and share actionable insights.
Assist in preparing the annual trade marketing calendar and monthly execution plans.
Manage trade marketing budgets related to POSM, retailer activation, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for production, quality control, and timely delivery of promotional materials.
Develop and maintain trade marketing reports, including visibility scorecards, activation reports, and ROI analysis.
Support distributor engagement programs and retailer relationship-building initiatives.
Ensure proper utilization and audit of promotional materials distributed to the field.
Collaborate with Brand, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
Education
BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
