Job Description
Execute regional trade activations to drive incremental sales.
Ensure in-outlet visibility excellence with timely POSM deployment.
Support channel strategies aligned with sales targets and priorities.
Track and report competitor activities and market shifts.
Optimize merchandising standards to improve shopper conversion.
Monitor activation ROI and share data-driven performance insights.
Strengthen distributor and retail partner engagement in the region.
Plan localized promotions based on shopper and channel needs.
Conduct frequent market visits to assess execution quality.
Ensure full compliance with brand identity and trade guidelines.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Toiletries
