Assistant Marketing Officer, ACI Fertilizer

ACI Fertilizer is looking for a suitable job incumbent for the position of Assistant Marketing Officer who will do the following-

• Generate product demand through regular farmer engagement, demonstrations, and field campaigns.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and other channel partners to ensure business growth.

• Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer and customer network.

• Conduct farmer meetings, crop seminars, field days, and promotional activities to increase product awareness.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide actionable market intelligence.

• Achieve assigned sales targets by driving secondary sales and supporting primary sales initiatives.

• Prepare timely sales reports, maintain territory records, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of business plans.

• Diploma in Agriculture
• Bachelor/Honors
