Sr./ Manager, Strategy & Planning - Hygiene Business
Job Description
Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies.
Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights through dashboards and analytics.
Drive strategic projects and cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
Conduct market, competitor, and consumer intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and reports for leadership decision-making.
Coordinate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and ensure execution of strategic priorities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR to achieve business objectives.
Identify business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support the Business Director on strategic initiatives, governance, and special projects.
Experience
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Toiletries
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
