Bus Ticket Counter Manager

Job Context

Sara Express is expanding its transport services and looking for responsible and experienced Bus Ticket Counter Managers to supervise daily counter operations. The selected candidates will ensure smooth ticket sales, staff management, and customer service while maintaining company standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the bus ticket counter.

• Supervise counter staff and assign responsibilities.

• Ensure smooth ticket booking, cancellation, and refund processes.

• Handle passenger inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Maintain cash handling, accounts, and counter records accurately.

• Coordinate with the transport operations team for schedule updates.

• Ensure counters maintain cleanliness, discipline, and company reputation.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Transport Service, Transportation

• Bachelor/Honors

• Diploma/Certification in Transport Management will be an added advantage.

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• Ticket sales.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling ability.

• Must be honest, disciplined, and drug-free (Madok Mukto).

• Computer literacy (MS Office, ticketing software, email, etc.).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• As per company policy.
