Executive - Merchandising (Sweater Division)

Manage product development from sampling to order confirmation.

Develop strong expertise in product development, sourcing, order execution, and buyer handling.

Independently handle buyer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.

Experience working with international apparel buyers; UK buyer experience will be an added advantage.

Follow up on production activities to ensure on-time shipment.

Coordinate with sourcing, planning, production, quality, and commercial teams.

Monitor critical path and proactively resolve production-related issues.

Ensure proper file handover to the Planning Team for effective production scheduling.

Track order status and provide regular updates to management.

Candidates must have experience in sweater merchandising.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Strong customer management and business development capability.

Proven track record of delivering results and meeting business objectives.
