Assistant/ Deputy Manager - HR
Job Description
Strong foundation in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee records management.
Knowledge of Bangladeshi labor laws, factory compliance requirements, and best practices in employee relations and workplace discipline.
Experience supporting performance management, training needs assessment, and implementation of learning and development initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR information systems or HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and across departments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- 8 to 12 years

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
- IBA, Dhaka University,North South University,BRAC University,East West University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
