Job Description

  • Strong foundation in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee records management.

  • Knowledge of Bangladeshi labor laws, factory compliance requirements, and best practices in employee relations and workplace discipline.

  • Experience supporting performance management, training needs assessment, and implementation of learning and development initiatives.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR information systems or HR databases.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and across departments.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 8 to 12 years

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
  • IBA, Dhaka University,North South University,BRAC University,East West University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
