Business Development Associate

Job Context

Japan Bangla Bridge Recruiting Agency Ltd. is urgently looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Associates to strengthen our Sales & Business Development team. The selected candidates will play a key role in generating business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and candidate leads through phone calls, social media platforms, online marketing channels, referrals, and field visits.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective candidates and institutional partners from the company database.
• Identify and engage potential customers through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital communication platforms.
• Support and participate in weekly seminars, information sessions, career fairs, and promotional events to attract new candidates.
• Conduct regular field visits to Technical Training Centers (TTCs), Japanese language schools, polytechnic institutes, universities, and other educational institutions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Manpower Recruitment

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration
• North South University,Bangladesh University of Professionals,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh,University of Dhaka students will get preference

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.

• Age 22 to 29 years

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, or Corporate Relations will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Good command of both Bangla and English.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
• Qualified female candidates are encouraged to apply.
