Japan Bangla Bridge Recruiting Agency Ltd. is seeking highly motivated, experienced, and target-driven professionals for the position of Key Account Manager (Sales Department). The successful candidates will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, driving business growth, managing key accounts, and achieving organizational sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Technical Training Centers (TTCs), government institutions, polytechnic institutes, and Japanese language schools across Bangladesh.
- Prepare and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and expand long-term partnerships with educational institutions and training centers to create sustainable candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, including Japanese language schools and recruitment teams, to ensure smooth candidate placement and project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Review sales performance regularly and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Represent the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and business forums.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and follow-up activities to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
Experience
- 5 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- North South University,United International University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh,IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 39 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in the HR, Recruitment, Training, or Overseas Recruitment industry will receive preference.
