Company Overview:

Japan Bangla Bridge Recruiting Agency Ltd. (JBBRA) is a government-approved, licensed international manpower sending organization based in Bangladesh. It operates as the official Bangladeshi sending wing of its parent group, Japan Bangla Bridge Corporation (JBBC), which is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare appointment, confirmation, promotion, and other HR-related letters.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management.
  • Conduct performance appraisal and training coordination.
  • Manage office administration and daily operations.
  • Supervise office support staff and office maintenance.
  • Manage office assets, inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate travel, transportation, and hotel bookings.
  • Maintain office licenses, legal documents, and administrative records.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
  • Perform any other HR & Administrative duties assigned by management.

Experience

  • 3 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Manpower Recruitment

Education

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university (MBA in HRM will be an advantage).

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
