Executive - Garments & Factory Operation (Retail Fashion - Sailor)
Job Description
Select suitable subcontract sewing factories based on production capability, compliance status and quality performance.
Assign production orders considering quality history and delivery commitment.
Confirm style details including CM, order quantity, style number, size breakdown and delivery date.
Share production schedules and execution plans with outsourcing factories.
Prepare and release subcontract work orders with proper documentation.
Monitor daily sewing production status from subcontract factories ensuring output and quality targets.
Track WIP (Work in Progress) in cutting, sewing and finishing processes.
Coordinate and Ensure inline and endline inspections are conducted by QC teams as per quality standards.
Monitor defect percentage, rejection quantity and B-grade garments.
Coordinate effectively with merchandising, production, QA, cutting, finishing and SCD teams.
Maintain all outsourcing production records and related documentation.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Garments
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 26 years
