Executive (Store & Inventory)

Maintain accurate records of all incoming, outgoing, and transferred materials through proper documentation and system updates.

Ensure proper storage, handling, preservation, and stock arrangement of all materials in the warehouse/store.

Take full responsibility for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the entire inventory and stock records.

Monitor stock levels regularly and report shortages, discrepancies, slow-moving items, or potential stock-out situations.

Conduct periodic physical inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and prepare inventory reports as required by management.

Operate and maintain inventory transactions through ERP/software systems and ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow and uninterrupted factory operations.

Verify material receipts and issuances against approved documents and maintain proper supporting records.

Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize losses, wastage, and stock variances.

Coordinate with the Accounts Department during internal and external audits, stock verifications, reconciliations, and financial closing activities.

Support management by providing inventory-related data, reports, and analyses whenever required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements within the store operations.
