Associate /Associate Manager - Export Operations (Funded Facilities & Realization)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Integrated & Centralized MITS Operations Division and play a key role in managing Export Funded Facilities and Realization operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior service delivery.

Job Grade: Junior Officer (JO) - Junior Assistant Vice President (JAVP)

Key Accountabilities

• Manage export-funded facilities, including IDBP, FDBP, PC, SOD, and OBU financing, in accordance with approved sanction terms.

• Process export trade transactions in compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, UCP, GFET, Export Policy, and internal policies.

• Handle realization of direct and deemed export proceeds accurately and within regulatory timelines.

• Process pre-shipment refinance and stimulus fund disbursements received from Bangladesh Bank.

• Maintain accurate reporting through Bangladesh Bank OEMS and other regulatory platforms.

• Perform online GL reconciliation and monitor transaction accuracy.

• Coordinate with branches, Relationship Managers, customers, and correspondent banks regarding export bill acceptance, realization, and payment follow-up.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and timely resolution of trade-related issues.

• Support regulatory reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a UGC-approved university.

• No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

• Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB)

• Age At least 25 years
