Social Media & Tele Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media.

• Generate leads through social media and digital marketing activities.

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.

• Explain company products and services to customers.

• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Resort, Agro based Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma
• Higher Secondary

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

• Age 21 to 35 years
• Only Female

• Candidates with relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Tele Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in real estate, IT, or service industries will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads, Canva, and social media management.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
