Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the department head in daily operational and administrative activities.
• Supervise team members and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with clients, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor daily performance and support target achievement.
• Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and support.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Resort, Agro based Startup

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Age 25 to 55 years

• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant sales experience is required. Candidates with experience in sales management, business development, or marketing will get preference.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience is required. Candidates with experience in administration, operations, sales, or related fields will get preference.
