Job Context
Ahmed Group, a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive (Store) for a Spinning Mill.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain inventory of Store department by using Modern Inventory Management Software.
Receive & issue of all kinds of Raw Materials and accessories in line with ERP software.
Monthly report preparation and maintaining inventory and submit the report to the concerned.
Having sound knowledge about spare parts of all machineries related to Spinning Industry.
To check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the Store department in line with ERP Software.
To check and maintain the MRR, Delivery challan and Gate pass.
To monitor the task of necessary records, registers, ledger and computer reports of the store as well as inventory of stock materials.
To maintain the necessary communication with procurement department for receiving the goods against indent.
To plan and try to build the team work within the department and motivate the team members for better service and better output.
To ensure the safety & security of all storage goods and assets of the company.
To keep track on the movement of materials so that proper utilization of time should possible to establish.
To monitor the accessories posting in ERP Software daily update.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
Applicants must have experience in Yarn manufacturing industry.
Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must.
Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation Skill.
Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Forecasting, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Purchase/ Procurement, Store Inventory and Control, Wastage management.
