Tour Operations Executive

Naria Holidays is a fast-growing travel brand dedicated to delivering customized and high-quality travel experiences. We are looking for a skilled Tour Operations Executive who can design, manage, and sell attractive travel packages while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, create tailored tour packages, and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design customized domestic & international tour packages.

• Prepare detailed itineraries, pricing & quotations.

• Handle client inquiries and offer the best travel solutions.

• Coordinate with hotels, airlines & vendors.

• Ensure smooth travel execution for clients.

• Build and maintain strong client & partner relationships.

• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.

• Stay updated with travel trends, destinations & pricing.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality or related field.

• Age At least 28 years

• 3–5 years of experience in travel package consultancy.

• Strong knowledge of tour planning & destination management.

• Excellent communication & client handling skills.

• Skilled in customized package creation & sales.

• Strong negotiation ability with vendors.

• Proficient in MS Office & travel tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience).

• Festival Bonus: 2 (As per company policy).
