We are currently looking for a highly experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented Tourist Visa Processing Executive to strengthen our growing operations team. If you have strong expertise in visa documentation, embassy communication, and international travel procedures, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complete tourist visa processing activities professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide accurate and updated visa information, requirements, and processing guidelines for different countries.

  • Handle complete visa documentation, application submission, and follow-up procedures.

  • Maintain direct communication with embassies, consulates, airlines, and clients through phone, email, and meetings.

  • Ensure all visa files are properly prepared and submitted within embassy deadlines.

  • Assist clients regarding visa refusals, re-application procedures, and alternative solutions.

  • Coordinate with manpower agencies and relevant authorities for supporting documents.

  • Stay updated on changing immigration laws, embassy rules, and travel regulations.

  • Maintain proper records and perform administrative tasks related to visa operations.

  • Deliver professional customer support throughout the visa processing journey.

Asia: Azerbaijan, China, South Korea, India, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, UAE (Dubai), Qatar, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar.

Europe: France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Romania, Norway, Spain, Turkey, Switzerland, Russia.

North America: Canada, Mexico, United States (USA)

South America: Argentina, Brazil

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom (UK)

Africa: Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya

Experience

  • 4 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 30 years
  • Minimum 4–5 years of practical experience in visa processing or travel consultancy.

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and client management ability.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Professional communication skills with embassies and consulates.

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
