Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Dy. CEO)
Job Description
The Deputy CEO will assist the CEO in leading and managing the overall operations, strategic planning, business development, and regulatory compliance of the company. This role is responsible for driving project execution, ensuring financial performance, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting sustainable growth within the real estate market and regulatory affairs.
Strategic Leadership
Support the CEO in developing and executing corporate strategy, expansion plans, and long-term business goals.
Monitor market trends, land acquisition opportunities, and competitive positioning in business.
Lead special strategic projects as assigned by the CEO.
Sales, Marketing & Client Relations
Guide sales and marketing strategies to achieve booking and handover targets.
Maintain relationships with key buyers, brokers, landowners, and corporate clients.
Handle high-value negotiations and customer escalations; find re-investors for repeated investment.
Credit realization, target setting, loans, and other mortgage facilities ensured through business positioning.
Financial & Commercial Management
Assist in budgeting, cash-flow planning, and financial performance monitoring.
Review sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and revenue targets.
Work closely with finance teams to ensure cost control and profitability.
Support negotiations with banks, investors, and joint-venture partners.
Human Resources & Leadership
Provide leadership to department heads and senior managers.
Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
Promote ethical business practices and corporate governance.
Customer Service and Experience
Establish service standards for apartment/commercial space buyers, investors, and landowners.
Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution; review critical issues.
Ensure customer facilities and revenue collection from service selling and support.
Automation & Digital Transformation
Identify departments suitable for automation (operations, HR, finance, CRM, marketing, construction, etc.).
Lead company-wide automation initiatives and prepare employees for system changes.
Ensure automation enhances business competitiveness.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Sales & Marketing (customer risk & collections)
Finance (loans & cash flow)
Engineering (project risk)
Legal (compliance & disputes)
Ensure risk awareness across all departments.
Risk Management & Governance
Identify operational, legal, and financial risks and develop mitigation plans.
Support internal audit, compliance reviews, and corporate reporting.
Ensure transparency and strong internal controls.
Experience
- At least 18 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 41 years
- Only Male
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
