General Manager- Civil Engineer

Lead and oversee the execution of multiple high-rise real estate projects from foundation to handover.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, productivity, and overall progress to ensure timely completion.

Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, approved drawings, and relevant engineering standards.

Review architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings before execution.

Manage project budgets, cost control, BOQ verification, material consumption, and wastage reduction.

Supervise contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure quality workmanship.

Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and HSE standards across all project sites.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Planning, Sales, CRM, and Finance departments for smooth project execution.

Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.

Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to improve performance and productivity.
