Innoflow BD Co., Ltd. is a leading global manufacturing enterprise specializing in high-quality plush toys and advanced sewing manufacturing. We are establishing an advanced production facility in Bhaluka to serve international export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation across the entire production process.
- Identify the issues arising at each stage of production and analyse them together with building structure and layout.
- Determine the optimal direction for the facility by integrating production process requirements with building design and layout.

Experience
- 15 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 35 years
- Minimum 15–20 years of hands-on experience in specialized plush toy or advanced textile manufacturing factory management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing sites and overseas expansion projects.
- Proficiency in both Korean and Chinese is required.
