Innoflow BD Co., Ltd. is a leading global manufacturing enterprise specializing in high-quality plush toys and advanced sewing manufacturing. We are establishing an advanced production facility in Bhaluka to serve international export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage specialized manufacturing machinery, automated stuffing processes, and precision fabric cutting systems with plush toy business insight.
- Carry out machinery calibration for specialized plush toy production lines.
- Supervise and manage all electrical and mechanical matters of the factory, including machinery suited to plush toy production and overall equipment operation.
- Communicate and coordinate with counterparts relating to our Vietnam operations.

Experience
- 15 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 40 years
- Minimum 15–20 years of hands-on experience in specialized plush toy or advanced textile manufacturing factory management.
- Deep technical knowledge of specialized embroidery, sewing, and automated stuffing equipment.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and Vietnamese is required, as the position involves regular communication with counterparts relating to our Vietnam operations.
