CCTV Surveillance Officer

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously during assigned shifts.

Observe and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or any security violations.

Maintain real-time surveillance of production floors, warehouses, gates, loading/unloading areas, and other sensitive locations.

Record and prepare incident reports with accurate dates, times, and observations.

Preserve CCTV footage related to incidents and provide video evidence when required.

Coordinate with Security Supervisors and relevant departments during emergencies or investigations.

Ensure all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and recording equipment are functioning properly.

Report technical faults immediately to the concerned department for timely repair.

Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and company information.

Assist management during internal investigations, audits, compliance inspections, and buyer requirements.

Maintain daily surveillance logs and shift handover reports.

Follow all company policies, health & safety regulations, and code of conduct.
