Job Description

  • Pragmatic UI/UX Design: Design modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing UI/UX solutions for web applications and enterprise systems, tailoring the complexity based on the underlying technology stack.
  • Bridge Design & Technical Feasibility: Analyze business requirements and provide design solutions that are technically viable across different platforms—knowing when to design high-end modern interactions and when to keep things clean and functional for legacy systems.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Hybrid Component & Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI guidelines that can be adapted for component-based frontend frameworks (Angular/React) as well as traditional HTML/CSS templates.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and frontend engineers to understand technical limitations and deliver high-quality, implementable solutions.
  • Implementation Support & Review: Review implemented interfaces across Web Forms, MVC views, and modern SPAs, providing precise CSS/HTML adjustments or design feedback to ensure pixel-perfect deployment.
  • UX Optimization: Conduct UX research, heuristic evaluations, and usability improvements to modernize user workflows within existing structural constraints.

It is presently an integration of several business units of knitting, dyeing, garments, printing, embroidery and washing.​ As part of our continuous digital transformation, we are expanding our tech team to build and modernize high-impact enterprise applications and digital solutions. We are looking for a versatile and experienced Senior Executive - UI/UX Designer who can bridge the gap between design and technical implementation. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end UI/UX solutions for our diverse product portfolio, which ranges from robust legacy enterprise applications to modern, scalable web platforms.

The ideal candidate should not only excel in creating user-centric designs in Figma but must also possess a strong pragmatic understanding of frontend constraints. You should be capable of optimizing user experiences within older architectural frameworks (like ASP.NET Web Forms, Vanilla HTML/CSS) as well as driving modern design standards for newer applications (built with Laravel, Angular/React and .NET Core).

Additional Requirements

  • Age 27 to 35 years
  • Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, UX Engineer, or Product Designer, preferably handling enterprise-level software or ERPs.
  • Figma Expertise: Strong proficiency in Figma (Design, Components, Auto Layout, Advanced Prototyping, and Design System management).
  • Technical Pragmatism: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to balance ideal UX patterns against development constraints and legacy tech limitations.
  • Strong Frontend Basics: Solid, hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive layouts), and semantic markup.
  • Framework Awareness: Clear conceptual understanding of component-based frontend structures (React / Angular).
  • Adaptability: Ability to inspect code, understand basic page structures in older tech (like .NET Web Forms/MVC), and assist developers with raw styling structure when needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing or working with SaaS products, enterprise ERPs, or manufacturing / garments-focused digital systems.
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or utility-first frameworks (Tailwind CSS).
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript to design realistic interaction patterns.
  • Experience migrating or modernizing user interfaces from legacy layouts to modern responsive frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills to negotiate design solutions with engineering and business stakeholders.
