• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At least 28 years

• Must have knowledge about Hajj/Umrah.

• Knowledge: Saudi geography, 2026 Ordinance.

• Network: Strong ties with HAAB, Biman/Saudi Airlines group desk.

• Briefing: Conduct pre-departure Hajj/Umrah training sessions. Explain rules, luggage, currency, Saudi laws.

• Ground handling: Coordinate with Saudi Agency for Airport pickup, Hotel check-in, during Hajj.

• Emergency support: 24/7 hotline in KSA. Handle medical cases, lost passport, death cases with Bangladesh Hajj Mission.
