Sr. Executive (Medical Tourism)
Job Description
A Medical Tourism Executive at a travel agency is responsible for coordinating travel and healthcare services for clients seeking medical treatment abroad. Typical responsibilities include:
Advising clients on available medical tourism destinations, hospitals, and treatment options.
Coordinating with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers.
Arranging travel logistics, including flights, visas, airport transfers, accommodation, and local transportation.
Preparing treatment packages and providing cost estimates.
Assisting clients with medical documentation and appointment scheduling.
Ensuring clients understand treatment plans, travel requirements, and post-treatment care.
Acting as the main point of contact before, during, and after the client`s medical journey.
Handling inquiries, maintaining client records, and following up on patient satisfaction.
Building relationships with healthcare partners and negotiating service agreements.
Staying updated on healthcare regulations, medical tourism trends, and destination requirements.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 29 years
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of medical tourism and international healthcare systems
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Foreign language skills (an advantage)
