Site Supervisor

Job Context:
Garden Centre, one of Bangladesh`s leading award-winning landscaping companies with 32+ years of experience, is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing landscaping and construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities at project/construction sites

• Ensure work quality and timeline compliance as per project plan

• Coordinate with labor team and ensure proper material usage

• Report daily progress to management

• Maintain site safety and discipline

• Visit multiple project sites as required

• 1 to 2 years

• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 20 to 35 years
• Only Male

-Must have own motorbike and valid driving licens
-Willingness to travel across multiple site locations
-Basic reporting skill (verbal/written)
-Physically fit and hardworking
