Sales & Marketing Executive (Office & Field)

Job Context: Garden Centre is one of Bangladesh's leading award-winning landscaping and garden design companies with 32+ years of experience. We are looking for dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives for both Office-based and Field-based positions.

Job Responsibilities:

Office-based:

• Handle client calls, messages, and inquiries from office
• Follow up on sales leads and convert them into clients
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Maintain daily sales/lead reports

Field-based:

• Visit client sites and present landscaping/garden project proposals
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales target
• Submit daily field visit reports

• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 18 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English
• Field position: must have own motorbike and valid driving license (preferred)
• Office position: basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Smart, energetic, and willing to learn

• T/A,Mobile bill
• Salary Review: Yearly
