Social Media Marketing Officer

Company Introduction

We are a Chinese new energy enterprise specializing in R&D and sales of lithium batteries and energy storage products. With mature overseas layout, we have wholly-owned subsidiaries in Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. Now we are recruiting an experienced social media marketing talent for our Bangladesh team.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate global & Bangladesh local social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, official website etc.)
• Create English graphic and short-video content for new energy & lithium battery products
• Manage free traffic operation and paid ads placement, improve exposure, leads and conversion rate
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies and operation data to optimize marketing solutions
• Build brand influence locally and globally, cooperate with KOLs for brand promotion
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to boost business growth

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Web Media/Blog

• Diploma in Business Studies in Business Studies

• Bachelor/College degree, major in New Media, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, International Trade or related fields

• Age 27 to 40 years

Social platform operation, English copywriting, short video & graphic creation, Meta/Google ads management, data analysis, KOL cooperation, campaign planning, cross-market content adaptation

Job Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in global social media operation, overseas ad placement and cross-border marketing
• Fluent in English for overseas business communication; Bengali speaker is a plus
• Proficient in Google Ads, social media paid promotion, content creation and data analysis
• Familiar with Bangladesh local social media ecology & new energy industry is preferred
• Able to work long-term in Bangladesh, self-motivated and good at pressure resistance
