Security Supervisor

Quality Feeds Limited is seeking a disciplined, experienced, and proactive Security Supervisor (Male) with an Army background to oversee the security operations of its new Corporate House, Q Centre, Swadesh, Purbachal, 300 Feet, Dhaka. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, company assets, and premises through effective supervision of security personnel, implementation of security protocols, and prompt response to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all security operations of the corporate office.

• Lead, train, motivate and evaluate security guards to ensure high standards of discipline and performance.

• Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift schedules and deployment plans for security personnel.

• Ensure strict access control for employees, visitors and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activities.

• Conduct regular patrols and security inspections throughout the building and surrounding areas.

• Ensure all security equipment, CCTV cameras, fire alarms, access control systems and communication devices remain functional.

• Coordinate emergency response during fire, theft, accidents, medical emergencies or other security incidents.

• Prepare incident reports, daily security reports and maintain security logs.

• Investigate security breaches, misconduct, theft, vandalism or any unusual incidents and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Verify gate pass procedures for movement of company assets and materials.

• Support Administration in managing VIP visits, events, meetings and special security arrangements.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

• 8 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.

• Candidates with relevant security management certifications will receive preference.

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Preference will be given to candidates with Bangladesh Army experience (Retired JCO/NCO or equivalent).

• Experience in supervising security operations at corporate offices, commercial buildings, manufacturing industries or multinational organizations will be an added advantage.

• Excellent discipline, integrity, and decision-making ability.

• Sound knowledge of security operations, access control, and emergency response procedures.

• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems, visitor management and incident investigation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively.

• Physically fit with strong observational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Report Writing).

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends or public holidays when required.
